Being a man who tends to go by the 80-20 rule, I am happy to reiterate here after I read through the book. No doubt value for money. Such concise and no-bs to-the-point advice is hard to find. Minimalist Training just may be the most useful training manual you will ever buy, because it’s suitable for all levels.

Just saw this. I can not recommend minimalist training for massive gains enough. I have been training properly for the last 12 months or so, and this book made me realise that I am still very much a beginner. It has taught me a lot about training, and more importantly it has taken away any stress I had related to planning my training.
